Exchange & Return Policy

At Vastrtatva, we take great care to bring you handcrafted pieces that reflect the richness of India’s textile traditions. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order under the following conditions:

1. The product received is different from what was shown or ordered.
2.  The product is unused and unaltered – no fall, pico, blouse piece cut, custom tailoring or any other modifications.
3.  The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at vastrtatva@gmail.com, along with the reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a doorstep pickup for the return. Please ensure the saree is securely packed – ideally in the original packaging, or an equally secure alternative that can handle transit safely.

Refunds (on eligible returns) will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item via UPI to the mobile number shared with your order.
